The Audi Q5 has been a popular vehicle in the mid-size SUV market for some time now, offering the space and luxury of the Q7 in a slightly smaller package. Which is why Connects2 has decided to introduce an upgrade kit for the factory stereo system which allows you to install your own double-din head unit into the dashboard, whilst retaining a whole host of options normally lost when installing an aftermarket stereo.

The new Full Install Kit integrates the original vehicle systems into your new aftermarket stereo keeping all the original vehicle menus and settings, steering wheel and phone button functionality and even provides outputs for your parking brake, reverse gear, speed pulse and mute.

The kit includes everything you need to install your new radio, even a new mount for your air vents. The Audi Infodapter will allow your original steering and phone controls to continue functioning with your new radio, the Audi Antenna Adapter will connect your factory aerial to your new stereo, and the Universal Patch Lead will connect your new stereo to your original factory harness. Also included is a vehicle specific fascia panel and bracketry specifically designed for the Audi Q5 which will allow you to install your new head unit whilst maintaining the original vehicles premium dashboard aesthetics.
